3. Data retention

Monitoring data is retained according to your plan's retention period. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days.

4. Third-party services

We use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure hosting. These services have their own privacy policies and we only share the minimum data necessary for them to provide their services.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. We regularly review our security practices.
