1. Acceptance of terms
By using SiteMonitor, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
2. Service description
SiteMonitor provides website monitoring, uptime checks, keyword tracking, cron job monitoring, security scanning, error reporting, and server health monitoring. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime of the monitoring service itself.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You may only monitor websites and services that you own or have permission to monitor. You may not use SiteMonitor to overload, attack, or disrupt third-party services.
5. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within the first 30 days of a paid plan.
6. Limitation of liability
SiteMonitor is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages resulting from downtime of the monitoring service, delayed alerts, or inaccurate monitoring data. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
